Really helped me at a time of need. The process was smooth and fast sailing from point of contacting 111 to referral and coming in to be examed.

Nothing process took less than an hour from call to leaving hospital. If anything probably the pay system for the pills I received from the hospital. I don’t have a Cheque book and would’ve preferred to pay at the hospital.

People like Danielle, Dawn, Emma, SallyAnn are just wonderful. They have to do all sorts of intimate things for us, but they never make us feel embarrassed.

Someone always comes when the bell rings even when it’s really busy

Not a big problem but there needs to be time for the patient and the staff for a good chat
